General conditions of sale.

1- General:

The present general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of the products made in Spain including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Backcountry Planes S.L., with CIF number B-23328227, hereinafter Backcountry Planes, with destination to natural persons.

Any order made Backcountry Planes necessarily implies as a essential condition, and determining required, the unreserved acceptance by the customer of the General Conditions of Sale of Backcountry Planes in force on the day on which to carry out the relevant order. In addition, the Customer recognizes that the acceptance of these conditions involve the application of these in the order that relate, as well as any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to her attention by Backcountry Plans. The fact that Backcountry planes do not use at a given moment in any of these conditions can not be interpreted or equivalent to renounce recourse to them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and implementation of the conditions, as well as all acts which are a consequence of them will be subject to Spanish law, unless there provisions that are contrary to public order.

2 - Prices:

Prices published in Backcountry Planes are in Euros and are valid unless typographical error. All prices include the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order, any change in the rate of VAT will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale in backcountry plans.

3- Different Modes of Payment:

When formulating the order, the client can freely choose to pay the purchases you make in Backcountry Planes through:

Bank transfer.
Paypal.

4- Product:

The prices submitted by Backcountry Planes are valid within the limit of stocks available. Backcountry Planes reserves the right to modify the assortment of products based on the difficulties imposed by their suppliers.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are for guidance only and not undertake any way the seller Backcountry Planes.

5- Shipments:

• The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
• By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer.
• On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be neither outlet or delivery of orders.
• However the delay does not imply or cancellation of the order or any compensation.
• An order is considered to be delivered at the time that the carrier, delivered the package or packages to the customer and the document on receipt of delivery is signed. The customer must verify the status of goods and indicate all the anomalies in the delivery note of delivery receipt.
• For deliveries outside Spain and Portugal please enquire.

6- Return Policies and Cancellations
6-1 Return of goods:

Our policy, complying with the regulations in force, is granted the right to return any item purchased on the web Backcountry Planes within 14 days from the date of receipt.

You do not have to provide any explanation, any article, purchased in Backcountry Planes, returned in its original packaging and in perfect conditions will be accepted without further.

Within a maximum period of 14 days of the receipt of the return, Backcountry Planes are committed to its reimbursement.

Before performing the return, you will need to notify the Customer Service department.

If the cause of the return was defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Backcountry Planes shall bear the cost of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfied we will refund the amount but not shipping costs or the costs of return.

ATTENTION: This guarantee of return, is not applicable to the products made by made to order.

Due to the custom character of the orders, and in pursuance of article 103 (c) Law 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary legislation, there shall be no right of return in the case of those goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly that have been customer made. There will be no right of return in the event that the malfunction is due to a bad use.

6-2 CANCELLATION OF ORDER:

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of goods, the customer will not have any expense. In the case of a cancellation after the departure of the order the client will be responsible for shipping costs as well as the costs of returning this same request.
